Operator

Slitter Operator operates slitter equipment and ancillary equipment in the factory. Performs various jobs associated with slitting such as strapping, inspecting and other various jobs as deemed necessary by management. This is a fast-paced, production-heavy position. The slitter department relies on teamwork and requires someone who can and will contribute in a wide range of functions. The slitter operator is responsible for effectively producing the parts that are used to make cans. This position is an hourly non-exempt position and reports to the Production Manager.
