About The Position

As an Operator , you’ll prepare, load, inspect, and run parts on 1–4 production machines with moderate supervision. You’ll work from written instructions and collaborate with supervisors and leads to maintain quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of machining experience or a Machine Technology certificate
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Basic math skills (including fractions and decimals)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Eligible to work in an ITAR environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines; perform minor maintenance
• Inspect parts, record metrics, and maintain accurate documentation
• Use handheld measuring instruments and support less experienced operators
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and a clean work area
• Cross-train on advanced measurement tools (CMM)
• Comply with ISO and ITAR regulations
