In the role of Senior Resource Technican (Operator) working in the Watertown Hops Plant you will be part of the production team. You will be running processes with responsibilities in repairing equipment when needed. This position reports to the Chemical Process Engineer and works closely with our operations team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of production experience preferablly in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Control and monitor multiple processes including processed that are covered by OSHA and process safety management standards.
  • Duties revolving around the packing of liquid hop extracts in standard containers, which would include filling, sealing, labelling, palletizing, stretch-wrapping, and warehouse work.
  • Work on preventative and predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  • Miscellaneous work focused on utilities support and monitoring of our boilers, compressors, water softeners, etc.
