About The Position

Revolution is now hiring for several Operator positions in Little Rock, AR. This role will be responsible for processing materials and manufacturing products in an industrial organization. Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $20/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift and up to $2,500 in potential bonus opportunities. Must be familiar with resin conveying systems and blenders.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required.
Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
Must be able to read and understand instructions well.
Must be flexible and willing to work different machines as needed.
Perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.

Nice To Haves

Extrusion experience is highly preferred.
Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Be aware of production requirements.
Understand the order sheet specifications.
Troubleshoot machine issues.
Know the quality system; make quality checks on time; verify correct count and label.
Make and handle the product.
Understand the order sheet specifications.
Communicate and coordinate daily issues with your relief.
Attend monthly safety meetings.
Know and help enforce all company policies.
Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
Other duties are assigned as needed.
