About The Position

The Thermoforming Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring thermoforming production lines, supporting material movement, and ensuring efficient production, warehousing, and shipping activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and/or forklift operations
• comfortable using computers; Oracle or other WMS experience is a plus
• work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• strong commitment to safety and a safety-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor thermoforming lines, including light and preventive maintenance
• Utilize a forklift or pallet jack to transport finished products to storage or staging areas
• Perform shelving, stacking, and loading of pallets and containers
• Collaborate with planners, coordinators, and supervisors to support warehousing and shipping functions
• Audit loading processes and verify load tally sheets for accuracy
• Maintain safe and efficient production flow
• Follow plant safety procedures and operational standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
