We are actively interviewing for positions on all three shifts. Your Role on the Team: Start up, operate, and adjust production equipment with safety and precision. Perform quality checks and sanitation tasks using approved tools and cleaning agents. Model positive behaviors and support the growth of teammates and new hires. Communicate clearly and respectfully across teams, raising safety or quality concerns when needed. Partner with other departments to enhance efficiency and workplace safety. Participate in scheduled cleaning routines and team safety meetings. Conduct Critical Control Point (CCP) checks and follow Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. Contribute to a flexible and team-oriented environment by performing other duties as needed to support production goals, safety standards, and continuous improvement. Follow all GMPs and SOPs to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

  • At least six months of production experience or equivalent training
  • Basic math and reading skills; ability to count and track inventory
  • Familiarity with safety equipment and procedures including respirators, hearing protection, and eye protection
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and pushing equipment
  • Comfortable working in varied environments (dusty, cold, hot, humid, wet, or loud).
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience is a plus
