Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Marshall is currently seeking applicants for a Operator. Job Location: Located in Marshall, MN north of SMSU and located in the industrial park. What you will be doing: Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock. Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards. Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required. Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues. Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor. Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.

Requirements

No Education or experience required, but highly beneficial
Great hand dexterity
Ability to meet Vishay’s attendance policy (2% absenteeism rate or less annually)
Ability to use a microscope for 9 hours daily
Ability to maintain good relationships with co-workers and supervisors
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.”

Responsibilities

Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
