About The Position

Specific Responsibilities/Essential Functions Fill clave with 3 tubs Pull out the 3 tubs after 1 ½ hour Check 1 tub each time a shot comes out- takes about 10 minutes Take the tubs to final line and make sure they are full at the robot. Final line goes through 3 tubs in 1 ½ hours Trim the other side of tubs at prepress Cover breaks for prepress Review everything on the check paper, plus a flashlight check which isn't required Perform a wet on test on 550 parts Runs Clave Assists trimming tubs Responsible for their paperwork Take shot tubs to final line Load/unload tubs at both Clave and Prepress Responsible for ALL cullet boxes in their areas Required to assist in training of others. Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards and responsible for clean-up of work areas upon completion of tasks. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to utilize a Human Machine Interface (HMI)
• Basic knowledge and experience with hand tools
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a ruler and work with fractions
• High School diploma or GED
• Willing to work shift work and assist in other areas of department or site as needed.
• The incumbent must be able to work rotating 12 hours shifts.
