This Manufacturing Operator role is an entry-level position in the Packaging Department, where the individual will contribute to making world-class products by working with machinery, following safety and quality procedures, and ensuring smooth production line operations. Basic proficiency in English is required for verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
Nice To Haves
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep your work area clean
- Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
