About The Position

Join our team and produce products that save and enhance lives. We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 2nd shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a starting pay of $16.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential. The 3rd shift runs from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. No experience is necessary as we are willing to train new employees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing work environment; injection molding experience is a plus.
• Previous work experience showing good attendance levels and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of techniques, tools, machines, equipment, fixtures, and assembly procedures.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to generate reports.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply & divide).
• Experience with weigh scales.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalency is preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines maintaining productivity, efficiency and product quality.
• Perform visual inspection and testing to ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Report data collection and coordinate with mold techs or maintenance for machine errors.
• Separate parts from runners by visually examining for flow lines, long gates, shorts, splaying, flash, etc.
• Trim and clip excess plastic from parts as needed.
• Pick up bins of parts from shelves under injection molding machines.
• Provide breaks as required by lead or supervisor.
• Package parts in bags, totes or boxes as applicable.
• Palletize product per work instructions.
