About The Position

The Operator - Well Testing & Flowback position is responsible for performing well testing and flowback operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in the field. The role requires field experience and competence in using and repairing various well testing equipment. Operators will be expected to report on well production data, maintain safety standards, and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Requirements

• Field experience in well testing and flowback operations.
• Competence in the use and repair of manifolds, plug catchers, test separators, sand traps, and flare stacks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Learn and fulfill all job service requirements, including reporting on well production data and incident reporting.
• Draft thorough and accurate Job Safety Analyses (JSA) identifying job tasks and associated hazards.
• Observe all safety rules and maintain clean workspaces, including vehicles.
• Communicate and annotate detailed shift changes and coordinate rigging up/down test equipment.
• Prepare equipment for jobs and load out.
• Report accurate hourly data as required by customers.
