About The Position

We are looking to hire a key member of our Operations team at our Pensacola, Florida location. The key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: Safely operate resin flake packaging equipment including general maintenance (e.g. inspection, cleaning, lubricating) Shipping and receiving of raw and processed goods on tanker trucks and trailers. Complete appropriate documentation for shipping and receiving. Perform housekeeping activities to manage combustible dust hazards. Perform general industrial tasks as needed (e.g. painting, labelling, cleaning, etc.) Complete required safety training and maintain job qualifications. Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively work on shift teams.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision – shows initiative.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and take appropriate action.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Utilizes critical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated mechanical ability preferred.
  • Chemical Operator certificate or degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
