About The Position

Location: Marysville, OH. (At Industrial Ceramic Products a Division of Allied Mineral Products) Shift: Mon - Fri 7am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 12am Duties and Responsibilities Understand and operate basic machine functions Operate automated and semiautomated equipment Change materials and demold parts in fast paced production environment Assemble and disassemble production dies and tools Gauge production according to customer specifications Detail/sand production parts for functionality Load and unload production parts Responsible for completing daily assignments to meet customer demands for production Assists in the training of any new employees as needed Assists in maintaining an orderly plant layout - cleans and organizes areas as necessary. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Dependable and able to maintain the attendance required to perform the job.
Ability to read, write, comprehend and fully understand: SOPs, SDSs, labeling, safety and health regulations, and procedures within the job, this job group and the plant.
Ability to understand basic mathematics skills (i.e. adding and subtracting)
Ability to identify defective production parts
Ability to operate and read a scale
Ability to read a tape measure
Must be able to lift and carry 55 pounds occasionally
Must be able to qualify for and wear a respirator.
Prolonged periods working on feet and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
The job requires lifting, pulling, pushing, turning, stacking, standing, and operating a foot pedal.
