About The Position

Responsible for maintaining and acting as custodian of departmental records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Entergy Corporate applications (DSS, DIS, , Indus, Earl, Pearl, VEA, ECOS, Service Suite, AM/FM DFM & Time and Labor.
  • Must be familiar with CCS.
  • Familiar will all company policies and procedures.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral with internal and external customers.
  • Willing to work extended hours as needed.
  • Self-starter with high initiative, willingness to learn new processes.
  • Excellent multitasking and team working capability a must.
  • Successful completion of the EEI CAB/SASS test.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition to employment in this position. Entergy will not sponsor candidates for work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for inputting departmental invoicing into accounts payable systems.
  • Maintain accuracy of all crew employees' time entry, vacation and illness activity.
  • Generate reports, spreadsheets, and monthly mileage reports.
  • Manage office supplies, reconcile corporate purchasing card and set up meetings.
  • Assist in all safety activities.
  • Must be willing to assume a storm restoration role and travel if necessary.
