The position involves managing various administrative tasks within the Entergy Services, LLC, focusing on invoicing, time entry, reporting, and office management. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to assist in safety activities and ticket management, ensuring smooth operations within the department.

  • Input departmental invoicing into accounts payable systems.
  • Maintain accuracy of all crew employees' time entry, vacation, and illness activity.
  • Generate reports, spreadsheets, and monthly mileage reports.
  • Manage office supplies, reconcile corporate purchasing card, and set up meetings.
  • Assist in all safety activities.
  • Assist in Ticket Management for locate tickets.
  • Make and receive calls from 811 systems and excavators.
  • Assist in all locate administrative activities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college or university degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Entergy Corporate applications (DSS, DIS, Indus, Earl, Pearl, VEA, ECOS, Service Suite, AM/FM DFM & Time and Labor).
  • Familiarity with CCS and all company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with internal and external customers.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
  • Self-starter with high initiative and willingness to learn new processes.
  • Excellent multitasking and team working capability.
  • Experience in storm restoration roles and willingness to travel if necessary.
