About The Position
The position involves safely operating a screed while communicating and collaborating with the Paver Operator and dumpman to ensure a consistent paving speed and a uniform head of material. The screed must be placed at the specified depth, width, and slope as required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position that operates under direct and indirect supervision.
