About The Position

1 – Full-Time Position Hours are Monday & Thursday 9am to 6pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 5pm Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of: Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent. Basic Computer skills with Electronic Medical / Health Records (EMR) experience a definite plus. Previous phone experience a plus. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position: Answer and direct incoming phone calls and use overhead paging system. Access Practice Management System to inform patients of appointment information. Formulate phone notes from patient calls in EMR. Works directly with medical staff to ensure accurate communication and understanding between patient and staff. Assists patients in completing all necessary intake forms at initial visit, including but not limited to, demographic and medical history and financial verification.
