If you are hired, your annual base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment (required)
  • Metal extrusion experience (required)
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and work orders
  • Knowledge of quality requirements and tolerance inspection
  • Familiar with saw controls and basic machine troubleshooting
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation
  • Team leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety
