About The Position

Monday to Friday: 12:30 to 9:00 PM Saturday: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM Responsibilities Always adhere to safety procedures and policies. Ability to read, follow, and interpret planning and order instructions Ability to verify part quantity and perform visual inspection for defects or damage Punctuality The ability to perform basic shop math, fractions, decimals. The ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skills. Operate the extrusion press and related equipment, ensuring proper settings, dies, and billet temperatures. Load and unload billets, monitor extrusion speed, and inspect profiles for defects. Perform die changes and routine press maintenance with guidance from the press lead or supervisor. Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Identify and escalate any mechanical or quality issues promptly. Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing environment Machine Operator, Metal Extrusion, and Machine Shop experience. The base hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.20. If you are hired, your base pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
