The position involves various roles including Loadout Operator, Machine Operator, and Control Room Operator. The Loadout Operator is responsible for loading all finished outgoing products, inspecting trailers and tankers, collecting and testing samples, and maintaining documentation while ensuring a safe work environment. The Machine Operator operates machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process, monitors and adjusts machine settings, and notifies supervisors of maintenance needs. The Control Room Operator also operates machinery, monitors product throughout processing, and maintains communication with production team members. The work environment is often wet and humid, with exposure to mechanical parts, outside weather, and potential electrical hazards. The shifts are structured as 4 days/nights on and 3 days/nights off, with specific schedules for A, B, C, and D shifts.
