About The Position

The Operator position at Teva Pharmaceuticals is responsible for the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products. This role involves equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The position operates on a night shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8 PM to 6:30 AM.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer previous experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing industries.
• Ability to receive instruction and follow directions.
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and management.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures, cGMP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to maintain 100% compliance in all SOP, cGMP, EHS, and other training curriculum as assigned.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the manufacturing and/or packaging process as assigned by following approved batch records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Set up, changeover, program, and operate various manufacturing and/or packaging equipment.
• Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils as required following SOPs and work instructions.
• Complete documentation as required in the manufacturing and/or packaging of products.
• Maintain 100% compliance with all training requirements and assignments.
• Perform job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
