About The Position

Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is seeking a License Owner / Operator to launch and manage its brand in Fairfield. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial individual who desires to run, grow, and own their own venture, with the goal of making football more accessible in their city. The License Owner/Operator will be responsible for establishing and growing Stranger Soccer operations, overseeing daily activities, and cultivating a strong, engaged football community. This opportunity emphasizes hands-on ownership, is driven by performance, and aims to make a significant local impact. Support will be provided by the headquarters team in Singapore, including a technology platform (app, payments, automation), a proven operating model, and ongoing operational and marketing guidance. Stranger Soccer's mission is to simplify playing football through its mobile app, enabling players to browse games, book slots, and play anytime. The company has successfully run over 100,000 games in more than 10 cities worldwide and is actively seeking license partners to expand into new cities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Fairfield
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience that keeps players coming back
• Continuously improve and scale operations
