About The Position

Stranger Soccer is expanding its operations to key cities globally and is seeking a License Owner / Operator to launch and manage the brand in Chicago. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about football and business, aiming to run, grow, and own their own venture while enhancing football accessibility in the city. As the License Owner/Operator, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding Stranger Soccer in Chicago, overseeing daily operations, and cultivating a robust, engaged football community. This opportunity emphasizes hands-on ownership, performance-driven results, and making a tangible impact locally. Support will be provided by the headquarters team in Singapore, including a technology platform (app, payments, automation), a proven operating model, and ongoing operational and marketing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Chicago
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience that keeps players coming back
• Continuously improve and scale operations
