About The Position
Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is seeking a License Owner / Operator to launch and manage its brand in New Jersey. This role is designed for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about football and business, who wish to run, grow, and own their own venture, making football more accessible in their city. As the License Owner/Operator, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding Stranger Soccer operations in New Jersey, overseeing daily activities, and cultivating a vibrant football community. This opportunity offers hands-on ownership, is performance-driven, and aims to create a significant local impact. Stranger Soccer simplifies playing football through its mobile app, allowing players to find and book games easily. Originating in Singapore, Stranger Soccer has expanded to over 10 cities worldwide, having facilitated more than 100,000 games, and is actively seeking license partners for further expansion.
Requirements
- Passionate about football with strong local insight
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving measurable results
- Experience in operations, events, community building, or similar areas
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in New Jersey
- Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
- Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
- Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience that keeps players coming back
- Continuously improve and scale operations
