About The Position

Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is seeking a License Owner/Operator to launch and manage its brand in Las Vegas. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial individual passionate about football and business, who desires to run, grow, and own their own venture while making football more accessible in the city. As the License Owner/Operator, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding Stranger Soccer operations in Las Vegas, overseeing daily activities, and cultivating a vibrant football community. This opportunity emphasizes hands-on ownership, performance-driven results, and making a significant local impact. Stranger Soccer aims to simplify playing football through its mobile app, allowing players to find and book games easily. Originating in Singapore, the platform now operates in over 10 cities worldwide, having facilitated more than 100,000 games.

Requirements

• Passionate about football with strong local insight
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving measurable results
• Experience in operations, events, community building, or similar areas
• Strong communication and people leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Las Vegas
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience that keeps players coming back
• Continuously improve and scale operations
