About The Position
Stranger Soccer is expanding its global presence and is seeking a License Owner / Operator to launch and manage the brand in Portland. This unique opportunity is designed for entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about football and business, aiming to run, grow, and own their own venture while enhancing football accessibility in the city. The License Owner/Operator will be responsible for establishing and scaling Stranger Soccer operations in Portland, overseeing daily activities, and cultivating a vibrant, engaged football community. This role emphasizes hands-on ownership, performance-driven results, and making a tangible impact locally. Support will be provided by the headquarters team in Singapore, including a technology platform (app, payments, automation), a proven operating model, and continuous operational and marketing guidance. Stranger Soccer's mission is to simplify playing football through its mobile app, enabling players to easily find games, book slots, and play at their convenience. Originating in Singapore, Stranger Soccer now operates in over 10 cities worldwide, having facilitated more than 100,000 games.
Requirements
- Passionate about football with strong local insight

- Experience in operations, events, community building, or similar areas

Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Portland
