About The Position

The Aseptic Operator position at Lilly involves working in the Indianapolis Parenteral Manufacturing site, where the primary responsibility is to manufacture and fill sterile products into syringes. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass and maintain aseptic gowning access.
• Must pass a 'fitness for duty' physical exam.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a quality mindset.
• Strong math skills.
• Basic computer skills, with capability to learn.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Parenteral Plant safety policies and procedures, contributing to a safe work environment.
• Setup and operate both aseptic and non-aseptic processes.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure product quality.
• Document process steps on appropriate batch documentation.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.
