About The Position

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Extrusion team.

Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Able to work overtime, as needed
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Pass company background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assisting/Operating various types of machinery including (but not limited to): - Cut to Length Saws - Stretchers - Ascona Measuring system - Walkie Riders (must have a valid license through Bonnell)
• Inspecting material to specified instructions using measuring tools, such as: - Tape Measure - Steel Ruler - Venire / Dial Calipers - Protractors
• Moving material to and from value streams
• Maintaining all specified tolerances per instructions
• Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions
