About The Position

This position will be responsible for the management of assigned production team. The position will ensure the safe and efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to produce quality product.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of 6 months-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of Safety procedures
• Critical decision-making ability.
• Flexibility and adaptability and the ability to focus and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Will have the knowledge and training to operate all equipment on production lines.
• As needed will be a sub for all applicable positions.
• Will be a technical resource/trainer for all line operators.
• Assist in management of assigned production team, in the absence of the production shift supervisor.
• Participate and support, for every employee, a safe work environment by following all facility safety and compliance policies and procedures.
• Participate and support, for every employee, and visitor; the adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
