About The Position

2nd shift 12:20pm-9:00pm Lead production employees to perform in a proficient manner, providing motivation through personal example and interpersonal skills. Ensure employees are following all safety operating procedures Help train and develop a high-performing team Check all out going garments Ensure team is on pace and schedule Inspect garments that were sorted, ensure sorting is being done correctly. Correct issues that are found Check lines daily to ensure all garments are out shipped on time to customer. Check HAACP daily, ensure all HAACP procedures and being followed. Responsible for putting teams counts in hourly and daily. Safely lift up to 50 lbs when necessary Remain standing/walking for extended amounts of time daily Work overtime when needed
