The Kitchen operator will operate hot pans while maintaining all aspects of the kitchen cooking process, including following operation formulas according to customer requirements. The process will entail daily preparation, mixing and blending sugar solutions and ingredients. The operator will maintain 5s, clean and organize, changeovers (SSOP), HACCP forms, and consumption of materials. The operator will be responsible for duties assigned while performing a diversity of functions, including the packaging of items produced. The kitchen cook will communicate and document efficiency standards while reporting inefficiencies to the supervisor.
