About The Position

The Operator IV - Level 1 Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of industrial equipment and processes within the facility. This position is responsible for monitoring system performance, conducting routine inspections, and responding promptly to any operational issues to maintain continuous production flow. The Operator IV will collaborate closely with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control industrial equipment and processes using control panels and computerized systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and operational abnormalities, diagnosing problems and implementing corrective actions or escalating as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports of operational data, incidents, and maintenance activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and safety teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety standards.
