About The Position

The Operator Inspector 13 position involves performing manual work such as cleaning, painting, loading, unloading, transferring, and stacking materials and supplies, scrap, and waste. The role requires using a hand truck to move materials to and from storage areas, performing janitorial duties, and various cleaning jobs using hand and powered equipment. Other general labor tasks include off-line wrapping of cans, sorting pallets, EOR slides, top frames, chipboards, and other packaging materials for damage. The work area must be kept clean, neat, and orderly per the 5S program. Employees are expected to understand and follow procedures and work instructions related to this job function, recommend improvement ideas, record and maintain records as required, give breaks when needed in multiple jobs, cover critical vacancies when required, and perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must be forklift certified.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
