About The Position

Positions Available: Cycle Counter Lift User Available Shifts: B: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Tues - Fri D: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM |Sat - Tues Purpose of Position:· Operator III: May be responsible for the direct embroidery of logos onto garments and perform most responsibilities of an Operator I and II; may be responsible for printing high-quality heat transfers · Warehouse III: May be responsible for cycle counting inventory; may operate PIV’s (powered industrial vehicle) while moving materials; may be assigned to shipping· Capable of operating multiple pieces of specialized equipment in a controlled environment Essential Functions: Operator III - embroidery· Operates multi-head direct embroidery machines to include hooping, set-up, trimming, steaming, and packaging· Using Tracker, can pull down the embroidery instructions and match them to the customer order· Can set up the embroidery machine to operate the necessary number of embroidery heads to meet a balanced flow· Can perform minor operator-maintenance functions safely such as replacing needles, changing thread spools, and releasing stuck garments · May utilize Tracker software Operator III – DTF/DTT· Operating and maintaining Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Direct Thermal Transfer (DTT) equipment: This includes the printer, powder shaker, and heat press machines.· Artwork preparation: Reviewing and formatting digital design files (often using software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) and preparing them for print using specialized RIP software.· Production monitoring and quality control: Loading materials, monitoring the print process to ensure color accuracy and consistency, and inspecting the final product for quality.· Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving printer malfunctions, ink clogging, or film adhesion problems.· Inventory management: Keeping track of consumables like inks, transfer films, and adhesive powders. Warehouse III· Using handheld devices, can accurately put away, relocate, and pick inventoried items· May safely operate PIV’s while performing other tasks· May QC final packaging for customer and carrier compliance· May call for order routing following individual customer requirements· Operates numerous shipping softwareAll· Notifies VSM/VSS of any concerns regarding all HR, Safety, and Security work policies, specific work instructions, and quality system requirements.· Behave, speak, and treat others in a respectful manner while supporting workflow.· Participate in kaizen or improvement project teams Other Non-essential Functions: · Other duties as assigned.· As job responsibilities evolve ENVIRONMENT: Production and Warehouse Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for color management
