More about us: https://www.hach.com/about-us As an Operator II, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, directly contributing to the production of high-quality products that support our global mission. You will be responsible for manufacturing products according to work orders or other build signals while adhering to defined work instructions. Your expertise in machine setup, equipment operation, and quality assurance will be critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. This position not only requires technical proficiency but also a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. By ensuring efficient and effective production processes, you will help us maintain our reputation for reliability and innovation in water quality solutions. In this role, a typical day will look like: Use Oracle to complete material movements, work order transactions, and scrap entry. Build products to specifications by gathering materials, setting up equipment, and following standard work. Maintain product quality through proper inspections, documentation, and traceability. Operate label printers, production equipment, and multiple operations as needed. Follow all safety policies, perform basic troubleshooting, and complete routine equipment checks. Participate in daily team meetings. Perform cycle counting and inventory tasks while keeping material storage organized. Communicate with the Planner, Lead, and Manager to prioritize work and meet demand. Work in powders department packaging pre weighted materials, follow all safety practices, follow standard operating procedures, quality control checks, and assigned training. Be able to record data for weight checks into Real SPC, follow Billo , scan materials. Lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds. Correctly wear personal protective equipment.
