Perform meticulous first‑piece inspections, use SPC/visual controls, and stop-at-defect to prevent rework and scrap. Partner with quality to drive root-cause fixes. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Manufacturing process knowledge
  • Understanding of SOPs/standard work, work instructions, and visual controls
  • Technical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/prints and BOMs
  • Equipment operation and setup; changeovers and basic parameter adjustments
  • Basic computer skills
  • Quality and problem-solving
  • First‑piece inspection, in‑process checks, and stop‑at‑defect discipline
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed
  • Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
  • Standing for full shift
  • Stand, walk, bend, and lift as required work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Safe handling of materials and operation within environmental conditions
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment (40lbs or more)
