This is a hands-on position that requires adaptability and a strong team-player mindset. Candidates must be willing to assist the team with a variety of tasks beyond operating heavy equipment. If you are unwilling to pick up a shovel, help unclog the crusher, assist with screen changes, or take on other non-operator roles as needed, this position is not for you. A willingness to get out of the cab and support the crew is essential to our success. An Operator II plays a vital role in the quarry operation by efficiently operating assigned equipment and contributing to basic plant maintenance tasks. Their focus should be on continuously developing their equipment operation skills and expanding their knowledge of plant operations. As they gain experience and proficiency, they can progress towards even greater responsibilities, potentially operating a wider range of equipment or taking on more advanced maintenance tasks.
