About The Position

TTI Floor Care North America has an open position in the Greer Distribution Center for an Operator I. All Operators must meet the minimum requirements for the Operator position and will be required to perform all duties as required. Department assignments are subsets of the Operator position and do not supersede the Operator requirements. All employees are required to work within all facets of the Operator Position and will not be limited by a specific department assignment.

Requirements

No final warnings
Less than 6 attendance points
Efficiency and Quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
Must be in current role for 6+ months.
Must meet all job description requirements.

Responsibilities

Follow all SOPs to ensure process adherence and Inventory accuracy
Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.
Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions.
Lump and receive orders as needed
Pick and pull all materials for orders
Load orders on the assigned truck
Manual movement of freight, tools, and supplies
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Comply with all company policies.
Use of simple math skills. Work from lists, orders, or instructions. Use a weight scale.
Must operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE as deemed necessary for the safety of the operator, coworkers, and facility.
Must possess a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management.
Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed.
Adhere to the company's quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high-quality products, delivered on time at a cost that represents value.
Other duties as required.
