Role Description, Skills, Experience and Qualifications required Primary Purpose
Operates the sawdust dryer
Operates APV evaporator
Operates the calciners.
Maintain & operator various processing equipment.

Requirements

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
• PFT & respirator fit test required
• Working at heights / climbing ladders
• Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized area.
• Follow and complete Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Assists in the maintenance of processing equipment.
• Assists in furnace operation as needed, provides back up when needed.
• Maintains current & accurate production logs and MSS.
• Ensures compliance with air permit special requirements pertaining to cyclones.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
• Comply with all HACCP Food Safety procedures, GMP’S, and guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
