How you'll make an impact: MRP is searching for a passionate and agile Stacker Operator for our Laminator who is a problem-solver and is excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great with us. As a Stacker Operator, you will play a crucial role that is responsible for receiving, aligning, counting, and stacking finished single face laminated corrugated sheets coming off the laminator. This position ensures product quality, accurate counts, and safe, efficient material handling to support production and shipping requirements. What’s in it for YOU? Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read job tickets/work orders and follow instructions.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in corrugated, packaging, or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive finished sheets from the single face laminator and ensure proper alignment and stacking according to job specifications.
  • Monitor product quality, including board condition, flute integrity, adhesive bonding, and overall appearance.
  • Remove defective or damaged sheets and notify the operator or supervisor of quality concerns.
  • Maintain accurate counts and complete required production documentation.
  • Label, band, wrap, or prepare units for palletizing and transfer to the next operation or warehouse.
  • Assist the Laminator Operator with job changes, material handling, and cleanup as needed.
  • Clear minor jams or stacking issues to maintain continuous production flow.
  • Transport finished units using pallet jacks or other approved material-handling equipment (if trained).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with housekeeping and 5S standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
