About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; 2-year Degree preferred
• Experience in small hand assembly on assembly lines, particularly within a cGMP environment/facility
• Proficiency in inspecting components and finished products
• Familiarity with factory assembly procedures
• Working knowledge of hand tools
• Demonstrated high accuracy and attention to detail
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Ability to comprehend and follow written procedures in English

Responsibilities

• Perform pouching tasks, including assembling ID cards into pouches with plastic plungers
• Tie threads onto automated components using manual fixtures
• Assemble tied components and pouched sub-assemblies with additional required plastic components
• Seal assembled components in preparation for sterilization and final packing
• Complete final packaging of finished units, including required printed literature, for shipment
• Assemble demonstration units (Non-Sterile) exclusively for training purposes
