About The Position

Select’s Operator I – Water Transfer performs a variety of general manual labor tasks, including, but not limited to, laying flat hose and underground pipeline systems from water sources to customer frac jobs. Works on a crew and is responsible for setting up, operating and rigging down jobs safely.

Requirements

• One year of related work experience and/or equivalent training preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, machines and tools, including the designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
• Able to thrive in a team environment
• Physical stamina.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Highschool diploma or GED, preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the energy industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Applies basic skills in loading and unloading pipe, field materials and equipment ontoo trailers and trucks for safe transport.
• Duties may laying and picking up poly line, laying flat hose, running transfer pumps and essential equipment for water transfer operations.
• Sets and servicing pumps and generators at job sites.
• Uses common hand and power tools.
• Assists in containment and spill clean ups.
• Driving trucks (non-CDL) and other vehicles to transport equipment, personnel and perform job task.
• Follows all safety procedures, uses proper PPE and successfully compelets required trainings.
