About The Position
The Operator (Wastewater Transport) position involves operating, monitoring, and inspecting assigned wastewater facilities and operational equipment, processes, and systems on an assigned shift in a designated area. The role includes performing maintenance functions as part of a team under the direction of the assigned Area or Operations Supervisor. The operator will work under general supervision and may supervise or direct assigned employees at a lower grade, providing guidance or instruction to Operator-in-Training.
