About The Position

The position involves operating all park department related light equipment and performing other park department duties as assigned. Requirements

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
• 1 year experience in operating light equipment.
• Any equivalent combination of relative education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate 4 X 4 truck with plow, all riding mowers, lawn boys, weed eaters, tractors, flat bed trucks, dump trucks.
• Assist in all park department projects using light and related equipment.
• Perform duties including mowing, hauling, snow plowing and park related maintenance of all facilities.
• Open and close facilities as needed.
• Work with other departments on various projects.
• Maintain records of daily work.
