The Operator I, Material Handling position at Catalent is a full-time role focused on the storage, movement, and staging of materials and products to support production in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is essential for ensuring batch readiness and compliance with quality standards, contributing to the overall mission of helping people live better, healthier lives through pharmaceutical manufacturing.

  • Works autonomously or with limited supervision within established procedures.
  • Collaborates and communicates with support teams.
  • Utilizes the assigned logbook to document workstation line clearances.
  • Ensures batch readiness by gathering materials and documents required for production activities.
  • Verifies and inspects materials needed for production.
  • Performs reconciliation, destruction, and return of unused or leftover materials.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, Email, Teams, etc.
  • Ability to learn and use quality and operations software, including ERP system J.D. Edwards® and ComplianceWire®.
  • GMP experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements.
