This position is located in Millersburg, PA at a Single-Use manufacturing location. You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
• No previous work experience required
• Ability to follow all safety protocols
• Ability to drive quality in all activities
• Ability to stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling
• Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted

Responsibilities

• Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry
• Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures
• Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
• Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements
• Drive safety culture and quality in all activities
• Perform visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate
• Participate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/or Kaizen events
