About The Position

The Operator I, Inspection role at Catalent involves performing inspection activities within manual, semi-automated, and automated processes to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards. The role is full-time, operating from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment dedicated to patient safety and quality excellence.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field
• GMP experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection techniques for manual visual inspection product families
• Conduct inspection activities while sitting in a lighted booth for 8 to 12 hours
• Operate in a Semi-Automated Syringe Inspection system and a Semi-Automated Vial Inspection System
• Engage in inspection activities within a fully automated inspection process
• Support cleaning and organizational efforts, including maintaining visual factory
• Participate in area continuous improvement activities
• Report safety and quality concerns, and recommend improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned
