About The Position

LeMay Grays Harbor, a Waste Connections company, is looking for an Operator Helper to join the team in Aberdeen, WA! Monday through Friday 9-5, after training is completed, schedule may change to Tuesday-Saturday. Starting at $22.90 per hour with regular wage increases. This is a union position with medical/dental/vision benefits and a pension plan through Teamsters #252. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manual labor including paper picking, keeping site clean and presentable.
• Some equipment operation.
• Traffic management.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Perform yard work including cutting weeds.
• Perform general office maintenance and repairs including painting and janitorial work.
• Working outside in all weather conditions.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
