At Hallmark Business Connections, we are looking for Operators that have mechanical aptitude and the ability to recognize/problem solve mechanical issues. Must have the ability to work evening/night shift, longer days, and some weekends, based on business needs. Your primary shift will be evening/night shift. The Operators are responsible for the set-up and operations of printing and mailing equipment on the high-speed lines. Assure that production deadlines are met. Maintain quality standards. Develop skills to diagnose mechanical issues to minimize press downtime. Operators will be trained to work in both production areas (High Speed and Order Assembly) and will be required to work in both areas, based on business need.
