Typical day in the life of an Operator: You’ll be directly involved in the manufacturing process and operate automated injection molding machines, making high-precision plastic parts for a variety of word class clients. These parts are put into medical and industrial devices that are used by thousands of people around the globe every day.  You’ll use precision measuring instruments, visually inspect products and report surface and dimension defects, and sometimes package them using a variety of tools, including robots. Depending on the job, sometimes you’ll put some of the parts together by hand.  See something that could be improved? We want to hear it! Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of experience in production environment preferred, preferably in a medical or Clean Room Environment.

Responsibilities

  • Directly involved in the manufacturing process and operate automated injection molding machines, making high-precision plastic parts for a variety of word class clients.
  • Use precision measuring instruments, visually inspect products and report surface and dimension defects, and sometimes package them using a variety of tools, including robots.
  • Put some of the parts together by hand.
  • Share ideas that could play a critical role in our continuous improvement efforts.
